Wow. That should be in a magazine. Its beautiful. I'm so glad you won Best of Show with it. You deserve that. I looked at it quite awhile. Lots to see. I love all the colors. Congratulations :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

This is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing, it is definately on my to do list. I can see how you would stay interested since there are so many different bursts to work on. How did you quilt it?

Since I know many of you will ask, the individual block patterns can be found at www.lenzula.com. The overall layout/design is my creation.

The size is 88' x 96', there are 10 different "starburst" patterns, plus the mini "suns" and "moons." This took 8 months and 10 days of daily work just for the piecing, but with all of the different colors it stayed fun.

BTW, one of the pics is upside down, but since I haven't yet decided which is the top of the quilt and which is the bottom, I guess it doesn't matter!
