Default Batik Quilt made with Jelly Roll

This quilt was made by a client for a high school graduate. The last picture of the back is volleyball fabric as the girl received a volleyball scholarship. I just used a pantograph on this quilt as client wanted to keep cost down, but I think it was perfect for this quilt. Once again thanks for looking.

Panto is definitely the way to go. Custom quilting would not have shown up very much on this.

This is a great looking quilt. I think that quilters sometimes over quilt and even over piece their quilt. Beautiful fabric can be cut too small or quilted too heavily and the whole design of the fabric can either be lost or overshadowed. Sometimes simplicity if best and no one should feel the need to apologize for not using a gizzilion pieces or choosing a complicated quilting design.
