Beautiful SBG! Scrappy and batiks are a perfect combination for my liking You & your Juki are working quite well together and turning out some beautiful quilts!!

I buy the "premium muslin" at JoAnn's... with a coupon! They have some nice bleached and unbleached muslins, smooth and tight weave just like regular cottons. I don't like it too thin, so I always check them out by placing my hand underneath one layer to see if I like the thickness.

Thank you Sewbizgirl for your quick reply on the muslin. I will take a look at our JoAnn's. There is one just down the street from me and I always get coupons.

You are welcome... I think the one I buy is 108" wide, if that helps you find it. They have a variety of different qualities, but you'll know a good one when you touch it.
