Oh my! What a striking quilt. This is another "I wanna" in my idea file. At this rate I'll have to live to 100 just to get the "I wannas" done!

Is there a pattern, or if not, would you share the process of putting the quilt together. I'm new to quilting and can't quite figure out how the different squares go together since some are placed on their narrow side and some wide.

Just love this!!! What a great way to show off collected fabrics without chopping them into small pieces. A great one for large florals or novelties.

I made it in a 10 inch finished size block.there are 3 pieces to each block.the batik is 6.5 by 10.5 -1 per block.the black is cut at 2.5 by 10.5 -2 per block.the blocks are rotated to sew the rows.it is very easy to do.
