Default Batiks

In January we went on a Caribbean cruise and stopped at St. Lucia. They had a fabric shop there that actually dyed the batiks right there and sold them in their store. Obviously, I was not leaving there without making a purchase. Still thinking of what to use them for.

They are beautiful! Really like the yellow/gold! Clueless as to what to use them for. Although? I can see them being used as sunshine with the blue to remind you of St. Lucia! Maybe a small wall hanging or table topper...

I am sure those lovely batiks will find their way into lovely quilts.

Your fabric is very pretty, I'd use them as a center block & build a quilt around each one. Great find!!

How pretty! I got some fabric in Italy, but it wasn't cotton. I ended up making an iPad tote out of one. It's hard to cut up such special fabric.

Really neat fabric. You'll have to post a pic of whatever you choose to use them in.

I have watched on tv in some of the countries where the women and men were going through this whole process, and it was so interesting.
