    Beautiful...I like those. I think for summer they are great over a light weight spread.

    Mostly for looks. We live in the S and will use it in the summer when I don't need my quilt. But it also is nice to keep one's feet warm. It probably could be used in the winter as an extra over one's quilt again to keep one's feet warm. I used a real lightweight batting but would need a heavier one for warmth.

    Very nice. If you live in a cold climate, you'll probably appreciate that extra width, come winter!
