Oh my, I've been secretly in love with Paul Newman for years. Can I come over and just lie on your bed for a few minutes :-).

I actually had a close encounter with him about 10 years back in Waterville, Maine where he was filming Empire Falls for HBO. I had been standing out in the cold for DAYS hoping to just get a glimpse of him in a scene but to no avail. At almost the last day of their filming I was driving down a street where they were filming and this old, disheveled man walked right in front of my car and I almost hit him. I was upset, didn't recognize him until I watched the movie and realized it WAS Paul Newman in character. He was heading over to the motor homes the stars were using..
