Chris....THANK you for posting everything about this for me! I really enjoyed the process of making the cross stitch quilt and absolutely LOVE the quilting that Kevin did for it! Without his work I don't think that it would have gotten any ribbons! THANK YOU so very much!!! 
You had the hard part working with all those tiny pieces in the flowers and baskets. Glad we (Kevin!) could turn it into something for you to pass down to your kids.Christine

We just found out that the cross stitch style quilt that Kevin quilted received 1st place and best of show at the Cedar County Fair!!! What a surprise Now, the owner is taking it the state fair, and we'll see what happens. Just to have a quilt entered at the State Fair is quite something for us...no matter how it places there, it will definitely be fun to see it with all the other quilts.
