What does it mean to let a quilt age?

Oh, BTW, I have lots of aged quilt tops!! Love that expression. Never looked at those unquilted tops like that! If it is aging that helps mine should quilt up beautifully someday!!! lol

Awesome face on her. Is she a Ragdoll?
    Beautiful little girl.
I was told she is a "snowshoe Siamese" kitty. Actually she's a pest. A lovable pest but still...
My black cat, Kimchee, was half Siamese and was quite the talker. He kept me company and followed me all around the house. Miss Gracie appears to be a great vocalist also. She is a very social cat. Too much fun!

Thank you for your wise words of wisdom.
I'm having to dump the trash every night because Gracie loves to see what's in the trash can after we go to bed at night! Curiosity! Plus she can be very stubborn when she decides she wants something! Ha! I keep the sewing room door closed when I'm not in there working. That just seems the wisest plan!

In my case it means I couldn't decide how to quilt it. It just sat in a drawer for 5 years until I felt I was ready to deal with it.
