    Thanks everyone! Maybe I am too critical of myself. I have started a second one because I want to learn from my mistakes. This one won't go to waste tho, as my oldest daughter says she would love to have it.

    I like it. I love the secondary design that emerged when you put the blocks together.

    Your block is quite good enough

    Looks like a challenging block to put together.

    I think it looks great. With quilting, no one will see what you see as mistakes! You are the only one who looks at it so closely! We only see the big picture!

    I am unable to see any imperfection looking at the whole picture. This is a beautiful quilt! How big are you going to make it? Good for you for sticking with it!

    I have never paper pieced so I am not sure what you mean by that but I traced the templates with freezer paper and ironed them on my material. I believe the size is60 x 72.
