They both look great. I like the lighter color with the black and white, it looks great

I think that it is a difference in light. Our camera died, so I use my phone to take pics, and there are no adjustments to make.

In all of my stuff, I use strips that are 3/4" to 1.25", and go on from there! I love the small courthouse steps block with different colors in the rings. It is easy to plan and easy to carry out, and no triangles!
