Beautiful, I just have to get around to making one. Didn't like the D9P when I was first shown one. The more I see of the ones you ladies make the more I like them. I have to finish the QAYG first. I already have too many UFO's or WIP!

Loved making my first D9P quilt top but now how to quilt it?! I want to do it on the machine but am not comfortable with FMQing. It doesn't cross-hatch very well like the traditional 9 patch. Any suggesetions?

This is the best D9P I have seen! It has a punch but is still elegant. Thank you for sharing!

Just Beautiful!!! Love the fabrics & colors & D9P. Your border is wonderful and really takes a great quilt to "a whole nuther level".

Look a few posts up, and you'll see the link. But here's the website it points to:

I have said it a dozen times, and will say it at least a dozen more...the Disappearing 9 Patch is probably the most versatile pattern I have ever seen. It is fast, easy, and comes out looking great. There are so many variations in layouts every quilt looks different.

Great job on that quilt. It looks stunning in those colors.

Since I am a newbie to the board, what is a QAYG? Thanks, Hester

I love your D9P quilt. I made a black & white & red Barnraising for my DD. The red was in playing cards fabric.
