I love the bright colors. I think your quilting is very nice. I think your friend is very lucky to have you in her life. I pray everything will turn out well for her.

It is a lovely quilt and it sounds like you picked the perfect thing to help her get through her treatments. We've had a lot of people touched by cancer and I can see how hard those treatments can really be. She's lucky to have a quilted who cares so much and has given her "some love" to wrap around her. Best of luck to her!

I added daisies to the meander and love them! They are whimsical and seemed to match the top.

It's been washed (thank you to the women over in Main who helped me with my worry on the back bleeding...), dried, and I even added some quilting once I saw some too bare spots.

It's perfectly square! Yay!

My friend left for her new home early, in order to start chemo earlier than planned. She is with her daughters now. Her husband isn't leaving until Saturday, so we've arranged for me to meet him at 4:00 today so he can deliver this gift to her safe and sound.
Great Job, quilting looks really nice!

It's so bright and cheerful she will absolutely love it and think of you every time she uses it. You did a great job.
