This is a Take 5. Was supposed to take 5 hours. Took me more than that! Adding the flange added quite a bit of time but also more interest. Plus I might just be a little pokey! I welcome any ideas on quilting this. I am also debating on whether to use the yellow or black for binding. I cut out yellow for binding but then decided to do the flange. Thanks for looking! Oh dear, I just saw a mistake. Oops!

Your yellow flange was a great addition, it definitely gave it some punch. I made this pattern in blues and yellows for my first quilt. Great Job.

I think it's perfect! I didn't see anything wrong. I think that fabric with the yellow in it would be good for the binding.

The flange is the thin yellow strip between the black border and the quilt. I started with a 1" strip and folded it in half. Only 1/4" is showing.

Gorgeous quilt and the diagnol spaces would be perfect for feathers. Love how the yellow pops on the black, gray and whites:-)
