Bargello look complicated, but they are not. I like making them. They are all beautiful too.

That is lovely - it's reminded me I've got a half made B&W bargello somewhere. Couldn't make my mind up about the up and down pattern, took it down from the design wall(Fancy name for flannel sheet pinned to wall!), and haven't looked at it since. Super fast jellyroll first then maybe I'll finish a UFO. Once more thanks to all you generous people.

I haven't been bitten by the Bargello Bug yet, but this one really is nibbling at me! I love this pattern in black and white! Great job! And I like the idea of a piano key border. I am going to add this to my list of projects for the future.

Stunning! I agree with a solid black border not too wide.

See, now i say do about a 5 inch border to make it look like a picture frame...the border would be like it's matte (does that make sense)... Bargello's to me are beautiful works of art that need to be showcased in a wide frame...but that is my opinion. I really do love it!!!!

I would do the first one in a white boarder, and the second one done in a black boarder. If that is what you are talking about. God bless. Penny
