Remember please you are your own worse critic. I think it looks fine. We don't have quilt police, thank goodness.
You are brave to tackle those. I love Leah Day and should look into those.

Peg, don't be so hard on yourself, just keep practicing. You retraced your lines perfectly when forming the second feather, you just need more fluidity and that will come with practice and more confidence. Everyone has their own methods, but I try and visualize a half heart with a rounded top and a narrow pointed bottom, if that makes sense. I give you credit for working at it each month, and you are definitely improving with each. Pat yourself on the back.

I'm so very, very proud of you that you are sticking with the Leah Day BOM. You have really come a long way since the first block. From what I undersand, feathers are one of the hardest to do. I think yours look great! They say to draw them out on paper so you develop muscle memory. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to see all these beautiful blocks put together in a quilt for yourself.

There is nothing wrong with your quilting. Remember, perfection doesn't exist :-) The only way to get better it to keep practicing and you are headed in the right direction. I think the block and the quilting are super cute!
