    Warning for anyone who might want to do one of these also! I'm not sure where you go to get REAL bandanas (maybe to a "western" shop?) but there are bandanas and bandanas. One is of sturday fabric (I still have and use some of my Dad's... he was a rancher) but most of what you get are souvenires or "copies" and of much lighter weight and smaller. Just be careful!

    Spartan, your quilt is absolutely wonderful. If I can find the bandanas I may be one of your copiers!!!! Oh! I just saw the ad for bandanas for 39 cents back at the beginning of this thread.... they are surely what I'm am talking about!!!!

    that is so neat. I would have never thought of putting the two together, but you did and it's awesome!!! I can't wait to see this one finished.

    You really have an eye for design. Never in a million years would I think of combining leopard and bandanas, but it sure works! Outstanding!

    When I first read the title of your post, I thought......eughhhh!..But then I looked and I LOVE it!! Who would have thought! If you ever experiment with other "different" combinations, please post! Those were 2 EXCELLENT choices. Thanks so much for sharing!

    I never would have thought to put bandana and leopard together, but it works nicely. Great mans quilt! You go for it!
