I am putting this together for my niece. I got the inspiration on this board, surfing around the tutorials. I am so pleased with the result. Just got the top together, and I even have three extra blocks. Still trying to figure out what to do about the border. I have some blue and even less cream. I'll figure out what to do. Any suggestions?

What a beautiful quilt. I would use the blue to make a small border and than use a similar cream to make a wider border if you want the quilt to be much bigger. As long as the two creams don't actually touch each other it shouldn't matter. Then you could bind it in either blue or cream.
