Well, it's not quite finished - I have the binding pinned to the back, but I knew I'd never get it finished this weekend...so I went ahead and posted it anyway. This is my second completed project...raw edge applique. I hated the process, but I like the results! Kinda funky colors, but they're happy colors.

Twistedstitcher: The pattern is from Liberty Star and is called Batter Bowl (no 150).

Thanks everyone for your kind comments! It just feels good to finish off some projects I started so very long ago...

That's gorgeous. I don't think the colors are funky at all. I love that color combination.

That is really pretty!! I love the colors--it is a happy quilt.

I have never done raw edge applique. Your results are so stunning I just might try it!!

Very pretty! And pretty ambitious for a beginner--I haven't done an applique quilt yet, either!

You are so much braver than I am - I have yet to do any big raw edge applique projects. That is an awesome wall hanging, very well done. Great Job

Beautiful! I just love the two colour quilts. I seem to be able to see the pattern better when I am not distracted by too many fabrics. I love your quilt!
