    Blue, orange, and white chevron quilt finished

    I just finished this 3 colored chevron. It is the first time I have done a chevron and I was a bit unsure of the fabric I selected, but I think it turned out okay...though it is sort of wild looking!

    My thoughts were, "Good quilt for Texas. The blue reflects the color of the water from the Gulf,and Orange from the orange groves of that area." Makes me want to take a visit to Corpus Christi. I visited there in 1994.

    Angelia, my quilt inspector, Hot Rod, was busy checking out my design wall, I think. He completely missed me taking this picture. Rare...

    Thanks, everyone, for your kind words. This is a quilt I almost quit on because I just thought it was too wild. I am sure glad I continued.
