    Blue Quilt and Santa Quilt

I recently longarm quilted these two quilts. She wanted a darker blue thread in the light blue so the quilting would stand out, so I went outside my comfort zone and I love the results, did a light blue in dark but it still blended in. Everything is freehand. On the Santa quilt I just did and edge to edge and she donated it to the local Christmas Stroll to raise money for a local charity. I can't get the back picture of blue quilt to load but I love the back on Santa quilt and bought myself some of the fabric on sale, thinking maybe a stack and whack. Thanks for looking.

Very pretty, Becky. Really like the blue and what a good idea to quilt it in darker thread.

They are both beautiful. The quilting on the blue is stunning.
I promise not to buy any more fabric until I see something I really like. Or it's on sale. Or I think it might match something.

The blue quilt is amazing. Incredible to see how the quilting can totally change the look of a quilt. Really nice job :-)

I love the way your dark blue thread adds a little something extra too becky. The work is beautiful on both of the quilts.
