    Blue snowman quilt

I finished this a couple weeks ago but couldn't get the picture to post then. A simple blue and cream block with a snowman border. It may snow here next week...happy that my quilt is ready for the couch! Still trying for that perfect meander stitch.

Such a clever way to use the snowman fabric. I can't even imagine snow next week. We've just had a seasonal heat wave, with temperatures in the high 90's. I'm looking forward to cooler weather, not that we're likely to have any snow.

Cute quilt. I think the border treatment is perfect. It does not take a 'backseat' to the body of the quilt. Fun! Enjoy!

Great job. The meandering FMQ is my favorite and the main thing I can tell you is to relax. Kind of flow with the machine. I just have difficulty doing other stitches.
