Blue and white quilt

I had these 12 star blocks left from a shop hop many years ago. I wanted to make the quilt bigger so I made the chain connecter blocks. I had never made a piano key border so I decided to make one. Also, I didn't have big pieces of these fabrics left for borders.
Quilting will have to wait. I'm leaving next week for a 10 day trip.

that is a beautiful quilt! love blue and white. Something about those two put together that is so soothing.

Those are beautiful colors & give the quilt a soft look. Stars are my favorite & I'm so glad you were able to get the top made. Now you have something to look forward to when you come back...finishing it. It's just lovely!!!
