    Renee -

We really wanted to use the traditional red centers, but we were afraid it would look juvenile with a red-yellow-blue primary color scheme. We found the yellow floral in our stash and decided the green would be perfect and tie the blue and yellow together.

A bit more info about the quilt: The blocks were constructed using Eleanor Burn's Jelly Roll method. The quilt is 100" square. My wife specifically wanted this quilting pattern because the leaves remind her of hearts. The layout is "Starlight."

    Thanks,

    Darren

That will surely cheer her up. Ilove the blue border fabric you chose. Peggy
