i think it is gorgeous also. Quilting and piecing as well. What is the name of the quilt (piecing) pattern? Is it original, or directions you purchased?

It's called "Mock Log Cabin" and it's from the book "Favorite Traditional Quilts Made Easy".

Roberta, that is wonderful use of those batiks you brought back. I hope everybody has gotten some from you as they are breathtaking. I love the pcs. I got. While I don't have time to quilt right now, I play with my batiks just to FEEL it.

I know what you mean - I fold my batik, then refold it, etc.!!! Are we sick??!!! :lol: I guess there ARE worse things............. :D

And I'm very happy that you love your fabric!!!
