I put the batting down then the top of the quilt face up then put the right side of backing facing the quilt top. You want the right sides facing each other. Then did 1/4 seam around quilt leaving a opening big enoung to turn quilt inside out. Then i did a 1/4 sew around whole quilt. Very easy to do.

Jo Annes Fabric Store or Crafters Warehouse has the BSU Fabric. I love montana lived there for 5 years.
Thank you - I will check one of those out while I am there! I keep thinking that it would be fun to do a "meet & greet" with some of you Idaho quilters while I am in Boise. I got to do that in Ohio & PA & Indiana while I was there this fall and it was a blast. What do you think?

BTW Ruth I totally forgot to say how nice your quilt is and the denim quilts are so warm I know your son will love it.

Hi Marlys, I think a meet and greet would be fun. I know there are several others on this forum from Idaho, not sure where in Idaho. I'm not too far from Boise or Nampa.

Great job!! The orange and red looks wonderful with the denim.
Mine would have to be red and black, everyone here is crazy over the 'Dawgs' lol.

Isn't it great to have a child, especially a son, who loves something you made so much that he is willing to help design his own quilt. You are blessed. And between the two of you, you did a fantabulous job.
