    Bonnie's mystery

Because of a torn rotator cuff and surgery I just now got back to sewing, had this started and decided to finish before moving on to anything else. I followed the pattern except for the orange where she used yellow, I used what I had because I'm on a fabric diet until I use up LOTS of what I have...LOL!!!!!

Lovely finish. It reminds me of whirlygigs in a daisy field.

Glad to hear that surgery your was a success.

Your quilt is beautiful. Love the orange in place of the yellow. Hope mine looks as good when I get it finished.

I think that's just what Bonnie intended.

I agree -- I think your use of orange really makes this quilt! Two ladies in my guild did this quilt and were not at all pleased as they didn't have enough contrast.

Really like the orange in the quilt! I think it has more contrast and it does remind me on daisies in a flower garden. I am glad that you are healing and you are able to get back to sewing. Thanks for sharing your quilt. Let us know how you are doing.

I think the orange is very striking with the other fabric colors.
