Now who wouldn't be proud to carry that to church on Sunday?

My question also. Did you have a pattern? I love it.

No pattern.
Started with a foundation larger than my Bible to make the outside.
Added fabric bits and stitching....
Then I layered (outside face up, flaps face down, lining face down) and stitched, leaving a hole at the bottom of the spine.
Turned. Closed hole.
Put it on.

Once again, everyone is so generous with their compliments. Thank you.

There is no pattern for this, though maybe I'll have to work up a tutorial when I make one for Kid Two. She has a Bible that she wants covered.

Thank you once again!

And to those who are stuck from Blizzard 2016, I hope you still have power to enjoy Sew Days.

Perfect finish for a UFO. I hope you will enjoy your beautiful Bible cover daily as you peruse the words within the cover.
