I keep learning new stuff... like make sure the back is right side up--if necessary, be sure to push the seams all the way out, center the grommets, and use tweezers to place the steam and seam...

I should be able to make a lot of these in the next few months for that Nov craft show. I love making the tops--am not fond of the busy work that comes afterwards. Then again--that's how I feel about every top I've made. :roll:

I'm very excited to make them for my students' Christmas gifts this year--way quicker than the ornaments I've made.

Very cute! I think they will be very popular. Everyone uses bookmarks. Even those that don't read (gulp!) can mark magazines, cookbooks, craft books, etc.

$5 was floating around my head but hasn't landed--too much? Is $3 or $4 better?

I'm open to suggestions.

No pattern--just the string squares cut up.
