Charlottemarie send plain green fabric but she also sent a swatch of her matching fabric. Once I saw her matching, I knew what I had to do. This is the most detailed applique I've attempted so I'm pretty happy about it. Hope she enjoys it hopping around her house soon.

    Her block and sample swatch.

Okay, got 2 more finished today so I can send them home.

Anastasia had the blue basket weave and wanted blue, purple, grey, black or white....
Well, I guess I got the blues and the whites -- just hope this fits in with her others.

Jacquie sent some wonderful blue fireworks fabric from across the pond . She wanted the colors in the fabric used so Dad said this one matched pretty well.

Phew, couple more ready to head to the east coast.

Lovingizabella sent in some wine colored background covered in peacock feathers. Nothing in my mind could do it justice except of course..... a peacock in it's glory. Dad says it's feet are too tiny but I thought they were just fine. I even had some shiny rainbow thread to do the stitching!

Buddy'smom sent in some scary glittery ghosties. What better way to calm down ghosts but to have a sweet witch with her kitten to guard over you.

No patterns for these, just used pictures from the google search and went from there.

Those are super cute! Did you see my peacock I'm making for her? Yours was my original idea but I didn't have a rounded dresden and when I went on a hunt for a suitable pattern/pic to use in lieu of it, I found the one I'm making. I wonder how many peacocks she's going to end up with it's gonna be a quilt full of them I bet. That purple kitten is so freaking adorable it makes me sick. Stop being so amazing at this applique stuff. haha
