I'll admit it... I was a slacker the last couple weeks...seems life got in the way

Here's a couple blocks to go home though on Monday, 11/28/11. If I'm a good girl I should be able to get a couple more done today too.

NanaKathy55 send in the beige with the blue grid on it. This is my very first scrappy block and I think it is pretty cool. I had heard so much about the scrappy blocks I just had to try one. Hope she enjoys it too.

CyndiH sent a black background with all sorts of colorful dots on it. What could match better than more bright dots? Flyin' dots heading to the west coast.

Yeah me! I got 2 more finished today to mail out on Monday 11-28-11.

Abby's Mom sent the dark green with little beige leaves on it. The rose fabric's leaves and background matched so well and looked romantic. Hope if fits with her other ones.

Oatw13 had some super nice brown fabric with the bright orange flowers. Was so bright and happy to me...hope this is "happy" to her too.

Sending 3 blocks home on Monday...hope they don't have to swim out of Kentucky we've had so much water.

JaneCat sent the yellow with the little flowers. I really like how the gingham makes this look fresh.

Okdarla had the paisley and she only wanted cream added to her fabric.

Jennifer22206 sent plain white. She was wanting "purple". Sure hope this works for her!

I've really been naughty...took a couple weeks off before the holidays...now I have to get busy again!

    sending out 2 blocks tomorrow -- 12/27

Mosher92 sent the sage green with the darker leaves. She is going to use it in her bedroom and requested purple fabric and attached a sample. I think I matched the color pretty close for her.

Sustraley sent the turquoise batik and only wanted whites used. I think it turned out nice and bright.

3 blocks going home on 01/3/12

Kris2011 sent the cats and had a special request for a certain block to be used.

girlscouts1 had a pretty pink and green lattice design

babyfire04 had the black background with the little white flowers. She is making a b&w and didn't want any colors added.

Hope these are fit in with their plans.

Had the day off so I thought between blowing my nose I'd try to do a couple more blocks. Yeah, only 5 left to do!

Fabric Fancy sent the blue background F8 and only wanted white used with it.

Aully sent a couple 10 x 10 squares that she asked to be matched to a panel she had posted on our main swap page...I sure hope she'll be pleasantly surprised when she see what I found to make her block with. A vest with the same panel design so I had to fussy cut a few squares just for her!

I don't remember if I told you here but I LOVE my block! Thank you so much! I wanted to do HST assortments too but ended up being a chicken about all the intersections. I'm doing paper piecing but I've had some troubled ones (one ended up being 14"!).

So far this doesn't seem too bad to add pictures. Here's crossing my fingers now they all work and the descriptions are with the right pictures.
