Yes, Myself I would put a thin red border then a thicker blue. even a darker blue. It is fantastic by the way.

I really think you need a border and then cut binding and add it to the edge. Will look more professional. Love it so far.

I like borders to finish a quilt. Maybe a narrow border of dark brown picked up from the eagle, and a wider red border, then red binding to finish it. At least that would be my choice.

just a dark solid or almost solid binding would work for me. maybe a 2" dark border.

I vote for a border or maybe a small border then a larger one. Quilt is pretty as is too.
