    what an amazing and wonderful quilt. my very favorite fabrics and the ticking is perfect. you did a great job. this is a snuggley piece of art.

    That's a beautiful quilt, and the pattern is perfect for the reproduction prints. And I love the ticking on back. There was another thread on how to use muslin, which makes me ask - is the white fabric in your quilt muslin?

    The white fabric is actually drapery lining that I got at Wal-Mart. All the other whites at WM were too thin looking, I think they make the drapery fabric a little thicker since it has to be kind of sturdy. It also is a wider width, about 54" I believe. It has a muslin look to it, which I liked.
