    There is no seam in the bottom, so be careful of directional fabrics. The tutorial was very clear. I used to use fusible fleece for this type project, but switching to Decor Bond made it easier - less bulk. Give it a try!

    They are great, I too love your fabrics. I don't understand why people don't like putting in zippers in things like this, if you find the right instructions it's easy to do. Now putting a zipper in garments that's a different story.

    No, I just used the plastic (?) zippers from Joanns. I buy larger zips when I have a coupon and they are ready to trim to size, and also easy to slowly sew over.
