Breast Cancer Quilt Top!
#1
This is the first picture of the completed top!! :D
I wanted to show everyone what it was starting to look like!
We are having a Pink Ribbon Tea on June 14 as a kickoff for selling raffle tickets and to give people their first chance to see the quilt! After the tea we are sending it to our LQS to have it meandered with hearts in it! I can hardly wait!!! Now obviously not every block made it in this quilt but we still have our secnd prize lap quilt to finish as well as our third prize, which we are unsure of what it will be at the moment. But I will make sure to post pictures of those as well!! Thank you so much to everyone who donated! It turned out so well!!! :D :D

I think we did a great job!!!
We are calling it our 'International Breast Cancer Quilt'!
It seemed appropriate!
Everyone first name and where they are from will be going on the label!

Well thank you! That would be me that worked the sashing and corner blocks in! I sewed the entire top together on Monday and added the borders on Tuesday! It actually went together very nicely! Why did I expect anything any different! All the hard work everyone here (and in my town as well) did made my job easy!!
