Oh my gosh... that's the prettiest "take" on that pattern that I have ever seen! I love what you did with the food fabrics paired up with solids or semi-solids. It's gorgeous.

I've been saving food fabrics for a Mason jar quilt, but now you have given me another idea! Thanks for sharing your beautiful quilt and I'm glad your health is better!

Goodness! Your quilting on the borders is awe inspiring. I had to take a minute to sketch it out!

I can't take all the credit for the quilting as I use robotics. Everything was going smoothly on this quilt till I got to bottom and found fullness in the side borders. I tried steaming them out with a little success but not enough so finally had to do the "OH NO!!!!" and put a pleat to take out the fullness. I rigged it up so one of the border design lines went right over the fold lines so it just looks like a seam instead. Used Elmer's Glue to tack it down instead of pins. I have to really look for it now so I guess it worked. Got this idea from a Youtube video by Sandy Aulranch in case you want to check it out. Here is the actual quilting layout I devised using ProQ Designer program.

Glad you are back quilting. These quilts are so beautiful and the quilting is lovely. What is your secret for making those perfect circles?

Absolutely gorgeous! I too like all of Bonnie Hunter's patterns but your combination of vegetables and solids with the Black and White 4 square is lovely. Just love the pumpkin boarders. Thank you for sharing.
