This would make an awesome stack-n-whack quilt. I like the idea of using a solid black background and then a wide border of this print. I'd love to see a picture of your finished quilt.

HMMMM got to make a template to lay over quilt to find just how I want to Whack the stack!!!! Good idea.. I played all day with drawing board on computer..

did not come up with anything useable..

I have a yellow and white large checked fabric I would love to swap!!

what angle do you cut for the slices? 30 deg would be 12 slices for a 360. the repeat on the fabric is a block 10x14 inches..

If you look for the posts on the class Cutebuns did (Something like "Tip Toe through the ....) She did OBWs with a 60 degree triangle, so you have 6 pieces, I think this fabric would look nice with that size.

I vote too for the hexagon Cutie Style. I think it would be very pretty used for that.

Stack and Whack with a black 2in boarder,1 1/2 inch yellow and then a 4 in boarder of main fabric.
