Charismah another well thought out and brilliantly executed LA job. You are so right about those oblong loop-de-loops in the dark border. Green Fairy uses that technique quite a bit and the results are just fantabulous! They lend themselves well to loads of different shape spaces as well. And your flowers in the squares are just to die for! I could not agree more on your comment regarding hand guided vs computer guided. While CG is beautiful I just don't have the same admiration for it as I do for all hand guided. Hand guided makes every quilt unique and no other quilt will be like it.
Quiltdraggon has great color in this quilt. And I love her chosen backing. This quilt is just as pretty on the back as on the front.
Another outstanding job by both quilter and piecer.

I love the quilting you did on this one.......I know what you mean by thinking the quilt needs something different and you have to look at it a while before something really settles on what fits. I also have an Innova and loooovvvveee it. Great job :D

Charismah, do you always wait for the quilt to "speak" to you? Your work is amazing. I hand quilt myself and for the most part hand quilters do not have the dense quilting that you can get with a long arm. I am most impressed when a long arm quilter does not overpower the quilt with the quilting lines therefore losing the quilt pattern in the quilting lines. You do fabulous work - always looking forward to seeing more of what you do.
