    Bubble gum Butterflies quilted by leatheflea

    This was my attempt at making a modern quilt with scraps. Modern isn't my thang, but it made a good piece to practice quilting.

    I made a teplate to trace for the butterflies and dragonflies. the rest is free motion.

    I agree with all the comments ... your practice quilting is better than my everyday quilting, AND love the quilt too ... I enjoy circles in quilts and of course scrappy too. But your white makes it look quite sophisticated, doesn't look 'scrappy' to me.
