Thanks all so very much.
She has family but they´re either too old to help or living too far away and too busy. Besides she doesn´t like to ask for help and wants to stay independent as long as possible.
I gave the quilt to her this afternoon and she didn´t know what to say. She thought it was way too much but she loves it. She told me she´s going to show it to everyone who comes and visits her!

What a sweet thing to do for your neighbor, your cheerful gift will make her feel much happier. You did a great job, the colors are so fresh and pretty and the quilting looks wonderful! I really like the backing print too.
