They ask that you do a LOT of quilting because the quilt will be washed daily. I didn't do anything fancy--just loops, crescents, and stuff like that. There are hearts in the main part of the quilt that are difficult to see, but easy to quilt. I'm a rank beginner, so nothing fancy for me. You can also just do a straight line grid.
