Default butterfly quilt

I made this for the sister of my best friend. She is having some health issues and I thought she might need a pick me up. Sewed buttons in the middle of all the flowers and tiny yoyo in the middle of each flower in the corners. It is hard to catch all the details to show everyone, but she was thrilled to get it.
I stitched around each flower and then did random quilting of butterflies and tulips in the spaces between the butterflies. Just doesn't show up very well.

The butterfly pattern came out of Quilt Magazine 20+ years ago. I just cut them out and fuse them down wherever I think a butterfly would look right. Stitch around the butterflies to make sure the adhesive stays put. Quilt as you wish.
