A huge THANK YOU for posting all these beautiful quilts. Absolutely loved the quilt with hand-dyed fabrics--it glows!!! I'd like to develop a sense for color like that.

I am waiting to hear if anyone from the guild can help with the identifications quilters on the board have asked about. Regarding pictures 5,6&7, the quilter called her quilt "Brer Rabbit," and the people I spoke to thought it was a William Morris pattern. I looke on line, and the quilt is called "Morning Glory." It can be found in the book MORE WILLIAM MORRIS IN APPLIQUE. Author is Michele Hill. The other applique quilt with the blue sashing may also be a William Morris pattern, but I don't have a clear answer on that. I gave my show program to my Mom; and she can't find it!!!! Shame on me for letting it out of my sight!

Can you tell me which quilt you are referring to? Then maybe I can find out for you.
