I like the quilt in the previous pic too. What a beautiful location for a home. I couldn't afford the utility bills, taxes, upkeep. But if I win the lotto I could live there (with a cleaning crew).

such a small world, don't know the quilt pattern, but I know exactly where that house is. I lived in that part of Connecticut most of my adult life - now live in a warmer climate close to my son and DGDs in Texas.

Yep, it's a real estate listing, but I'd love to know what that pattern is called!

Thanks in advance
The cool thing about hexies, they can be placed into any pattern one wants! I like what was done with this one, stars!

It looks to be the next hexi pattern I will do! GMF is a favored winter projects. Can you tell from my avatar?

That house would be a perfect fit for someone that's into primitives. I too think it's not a bad price. Thanks for sharing!

That house is "originally" from 1659 or at least parts of it are. It has almost 5000 sq. ft. and is on 4.6 acres with a swimming pool in CT. I would guess it is a steal at that price as long as you know what you are getting into. And yes, it is a beautiful quilt as is the house.

So are they in the DC area. I thought wow, what a steal. Love the quilt too.
