Can someone tell me what this block is called?

I like it too. After finding 19 of them made up already I found more that were cut up and ready to be sewed together so I'll end up with 26. They are 10 inch blocks. Really sorry the woman died but am happy to keep her quilts going.

not sure what it is called, tried calling my friend am sure she has done this block before but she wasn't home. So next best thing went to my favorite site to look for ideas

I think i saw this pattern in one of the underground railroad blocks here a similar in a star quilt , just has angled endshttp://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/16782.page
