Candle Advent Wall Hanging / Table Runner

I made this wall hanging/table runner to help test a pattern. I used scraps from Christmas quilts I made my husbands five siblings just after my sweet MotherInLaw passed. The purple pictured is the original. (I like mine.) I added more holly leaves and the berries, which I made from yoyo's with button centers that had been my MIL's. I had some fun with my free motion practice too!

put off till tomorrow what you can do today, and if you procrastinate long enough, you may never have to do it.

beautiful project... it looks like you enjoyed putting it all together. I also like the additional touches you added to yours... and that you were able to use some of your MIL's yo yo's.
attitude is everything...the rest will fall into place.

I like yours also. Your choice of colors and the extras you added really added to the overall beauty of it. Very pretty

I think the original is more like what used to be standard colors for Advent, at least when I was younger. Yours is pretty, too.

Sheri, did you make yours as a paper piece method, as shown on the Craftsy website? This is a very nice pattern, the more I look at it, the more I like it. I really do like your color choices, it can be done in various color-ways and would be very pretty. This would always be a good choice for a gift for somebody, or I'm thinking it would be great for a church bazaar silent auction item. Thank You very much for showing this to us.
