Birthday Wallhanging for my Dad's 87th B-day

I made this little quilt for my Dear Dad for his birthday tomorrow. He is a retired corporate pilot and was a fighter pilot in WWII. I am so proud of him, he has lived a truly blessed life. I just hope he likes this. It's the only paper pieced airplane I could find online for free. What do you think?
Our 9 year old is in the pic too, he just jumped right in, lol.

Great looking kid and quilt. I think the planes are wonderful. Please pass my birthday blessings to him and thank him for serving our country. I truly appreciate the service he gave for our country.

Beautiful quilt! I'm sure he'll love it. This would also make a great charity quilt for those who make them for our men and women serving.

Well, Dad and Mom really liked the airplane quilt, they'll hang it in one of their bedrooms along with his photos of airplanes and him in the cockpit of the lear jet he used to fly. I was wrong, it is Dad's 88th birthday, I fixed the mistake on the label and all is well.
