I am so sorry to hear about your friend and I think you are a wonderful person to do this for him. Hopefully, it will brighten his day. The quilt is really very pretty.

Brought tears to my eyes, so sad for someone so young to be sticken so and what a wonderful gift. You are a beautiful friend and the quilt is lovely.

As blessed as he was to receive this beautiful quilt, I'm sure you were more blessed to have made it and given it to him. My grandma always said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive." Had trouble understanding that when I was small but now I do.
