Like you, I try to use what I've got. Your table runner is really nice. This is still another pattern I'm anxious to try.

I like your in the pinks! Beautiful! The pattern is on my bucket list, but I never thought about a table runner. Thank you.

Cute...thanks for the idea! I just pulled out a row that I had started for a quilt...knowing I would not have fabric enough to finish, I put it right back. Now I will pull it out and put a binding on it ... Just as if I planned it that way!

I usually do the card trick with strip piecing. This one is actually done by cutting the triangles.
Have not seen the strip piecing pattern for the card trick. can you tell me where to find it? PM me if you had rather.

No matter which way you made the pattern, it's adorable and I love the colors, especially the heart border fabric. Love it.

If you do an internet search...a .pdf is available for the 'card trick on point' pattern by Jan Bennett Collier...with a reference to this quilting board.

Not exactly strip piecing..but certainly less difficult than all those triangles!

Your photos have planted a thought in this old head of mine. I think "card trick" would make the perfect quilt for a good friend of mine who loves to gamble.
