Here is another recent quilt I did. Carol is our very kind surgery supply person who magically produces much needed items on a minute's notice. She was interested in a goofy pillow top I was working on, it was paper pieced (agggghhhh) and she took her time to tear off all the papers. So I kept bringing them in- she thought they were all for the same pillow :):) and when they were done, I sewed them together with glow in the dark thread and the dark blue starred fabric also glows in the dark. Again, quick stitch in the ditch to bind it all together :):) Carol reads scary vampire books so she won't be scared now reading her books :):)

That fabric is sooo cool, it glows for hours in the dark, have no clue how it does it (probably something toxic :):0 but it is neat. Bought some of it off of Ebay, now wished I had bought it all.

I hope you told her it glows. If you didn't tell me, it would freak me out the 1st time. It's very pretty!

What a nice 'treat' after you 'tricked' her!! It just makes me smile to look at it! Great job!

What a kind thing to do. Quilters are a special breed of people with hearts bigger than anyone else. :D

Nice quilt.  I've been collecting "glow in the dark" fabrics for quite a few years. I haven't decided how I am going to use them yet, but I can say it's still in the planning stage
